Refund policy

Our products are digital downloads (ebooks and templates) that are delivered by email and on your order confirmation page straight after purchase.

Change of mind: because digital files can't be returned once they've been delivered, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind.

Problems with your order: if you can't access your download, a file is faulty, or the product isn't as described, email info@lukegoughcoaching.com with your order number. We'll resend your files, fix the problem, or give you a refund.

Duplicate orders: if you're charged twice or accidentally buy the same product more than once, contact us and we'll refund the extra purchase.

Your rights: nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to process them.
